What does “private advisory” mean in practice?
Private advisory means working on a one-on-one basis with a limited number of clients. We do not operate on volume or open listings. Each mandate is handled individually, with discretion and a focused scope.
How do you differ from a traditional real estate agent?
We do not represent a catalogue of properties. Our role is advisory, not transactional—focused on guidance, access, and alignment rather than volume or promotion.
Do you only work with off-market properties?
Not exclusively. While off-market opportunities are a key part of our work, we also advise on publicly listed properties if they meet our standards and our clients’ requirements.
How do clients typically start working with you?

How are your services priced?
Our fees are structured individually, based on the scope, complexity, and nature of each mandate. Rather than offering fixed packages, we discuss pricing transparently during an initial consultation and align it with the level of involvement required.
